OK, OK! So we aren’t exactly called Music Therapy, and we can’t exactly call it music therapy, but essentially that’s what we provide!! Scott Raines and I will be bringing all of the music therapy you could possibly need tonight at Pack’s Tavern in Asheville, NC starting at 9pm! Bring your empty belly and an appetite for music and you shall both get your belly & soul filled with wondrous goodies! Best of all there’s no charge for the music! We look forward to seeing your smiling faces there! After all it is FRIDAY! Be safe folks and we’ll see you at the session!

I say we start Spring early with some hot music and fresh food at Bear Creek Marina this Saturday night March 9th at 7:30pm! If you’re with me say “I love daffodils!” Scott Raines and I will be playing our uplifting tunes for the folks in Nebo, NC on Lake James. Our start time is set for around 7:30pm and we will play a few hours as we warm up for the real headliner of this show, SPRING! I can’t wait to see you all there, and Lord knows I’m ready to kick this season off with some soulful music, good friends, and scrumptious food! Who could ask for anything more? Spring on out to Bear Creek Marina this Saturday and let yourselves bloom to the music and bring your sunshine! See you beautiful flowers there!

Hi there, my devout friends & fans! I thought you would like to know that I’m working on writing several new songs at the moment with my musical partner in crime Scott Raines. The new musical direction is a cool breeze vibe, lifting your soul in flight through the cloudless skies. There’s lots of growing, falling, and sweet loving. In my opinion it’s a hot recipe of home cooked music ready for you to indulge. So throw your napkin in your laps, and lift your plates in the air. Or better yet, be the first one in the kitchen waiting for the timer to chime and the fresh music to be served. Hello fans & friends alike! I just wanted to let you know that I don’t always get a chance to write a full blog, but I do update VIA twitter and though all of my other sites..So if you just look to the right of my website here you will see where my twitter feed is and can see regular updates there. Otherwise I will do my best to write a blog and encourage you to check out my other social sites which you can access by the icons on this page! I appreciate your steadfast support & love always and forever. Scott Raines’ and I have added some new band members and our shows have been amazing!! We have added Jesse Gentry as our bass player, and Christopher Chappell Pyle as our drummer and these guys are seriously talented. I recently came back from Maui and had the opportunity to sing with the Hawaiian band “Paradise” at the Grand Wailea Resort on the second night of the Maui Film Festival. Everyone there was so amazing, I can’t even begin to explain! I also became inspired and came back with some fresh tunes to share with all of you! One of those songs is a live recording featured on a video which is located on reverbnation (the red star icon on this page.) We have enough material for a second album and I’m confident we will be recording soon! Please keep on believing in yourself and your passions because every day will be rewarding and without regrets. One day you will know why God had you climb that steep mountain in the first place! Believe and LOVE!
Had another AMAZING show at Pack’s Tavern, Asheville NC w/Scott Raines last night!! We had at at least 30 of our own friends & fans who came out in the rain to support us and what a blast it was! Everyone put up with my rusty surprise tap dancing for the holidays! It just keeps getting better & better, & mostly thanks to your support, love & appreciation of the music! Had friends & other artists surprise us by showing up & just made our night! Thanks “Calico Moon” & “Common Saints!” Now get our there & “Do what you love, & love BIG!”
Hi my lovely fans! This whole getting used to a website thing in the midst of all the social networking sites has been a little difficult for me! Forgive me, I will eventually make it to where one post here post’s everywhere! Thank you for being so kind, loving, and patient! Scott and I have worked up a very fun show for everyone Friday night and we can’t WAIT to see you all! Every show is so exciting for us and we always have the BEST audience members! Thank you! Scott and I will be at Pack’s Tavern from 9pm-12am Dec.16th and hopefully so will you! We will be recording and photographing this show and will have CD’s, YES CD’s for sale!! My album “Words of Wisdom,” (I should say OUR album as I had a lot of help) has released and we are ready to share it with you!! Do what you Love, and Love Big!

What’s up fans & friends! Thanks to you all, we reached our kickstarter goal and in 14 days I can transfer the funds and get to printing those “Words of Wisdom” CD’s for you! Finally, right?! Seriously though, I am just thankful for you and your support, because without you this wouldn’t be possible and certainly wouldn’t be as much fun! Love to you!
Also, I forgot to mention to you earlier that Scott Raines & I finally met up at the studio and recorded you guys some YouTube videos! Honestly, it took me some time to warm up to the idea, because I am not used to having a camera in my face! It is harder than it looks, right? After a nice break & visit & pep talk from Artemus Pyle, I realized, “this aint so bad.” I finally loosened up and hopefully Scott Raines does some serious editing and makes me look even better..Haha ;-) Well, we will let you know when those suckers get posted on YouTube! In the mean time, pat yourselves on the back for a job well done in raising the funds for the album release, and get ready for what is to come! <3

Hi friends! Wow, I had a fantastic show with Nikki Calloway at Packs Tavern last Saturday during Bele Chere & looking forward to my show this Thursday Aug.4, 2011 from 8pm-11pm w/Scott Raines!
Thanks to Tez Sherard, Scott Raines and I had a great time meeting and listening to some really great players at Hole n’ Da Wall in Asheville, NC. Tez is the sweetest ever! I’ve never seen someone who can play the heck out of some drums while texting flawlessly at the same time. Hehe. You can catch Tez touring around this fall with Edwin McCain promoting his newest album, “Mercy Bound.”
Also my cousin Caitlin got me involved in knitting scarves for the 2012 Special Olympics, and I just love it! I admire her for volunteering her time and it is contagious! She and I had a great knitting session today and will keep on going until the Feb deadline. There are specific requirements and you can check it out at the link below.
